New Issue: Citigroup prices $11.16 million trigger autocallable notes tied to Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, June 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $11.16 million of trigger autocallable notes due June 14, 2028 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called automatically at par plus a 9.8% annualized call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly valuation date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below its 70% downside threshold level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
