New Issue: Citi prices $2.93 million geared buffered digital plus notes on Dow, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, July 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.93 million of 0% geared buffered digital plus notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the greater of the return of the worst performing index and 50%.

If any index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the worst performing index beyond 20%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
