Columbus, Ohio, June 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $781,000 of 16.25% autocallable equity-linked securities due June 27, 2022 tied to the common stock of QuantumScape Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus the coupon if the shares close at or above the initial price on any monthly observation date after three months.
The payout at maturity will be par if the stock finishes above its 60% barrier level. Otherwise, investors will receive 36.54971 shares of the stock.
