Civitas to launch $636 million term loan B repricing on Friday

New York, May 11 – Civitas Solutions Inc. (National Mentor Holdings Inc.) is scheduled to hold a lender call at 11 a.m. ET on Friday to launch a repricing of its $636 million term loan B, according to a market source.

Barclays is the bookrunner on the deal.

Cashless roll will be available for the repricing, the source said.

Civitas is a Boston-based provider of home and community-based health and human services.
