India’s Capital Trust allots Rs. 750 million of redeemable debentures

Olympia, Wash., July 31 – Capital Trust Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that on Tuesday its securities committee allotted Rs. 750 million of senior secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures.

The company allotted 7,500 of the rated and listed debentures, with a face value of Rs. 1 million each, on a private placement basis to BPEA India Credit Investments Trust II, according to the notice.

Capital Trust is a New Delhi, India-based non-banking loan and finance company.
