Citic Envirotech to redeem all S$240 million 3.9% securities

New York, Sept. 18 – Singapore’s Citic Envirotech Ltd. plans to redeem all S$240 million 3.9% senior perpetual securities (ISIN: SG7IA3000003) on Oct. 19, according to a company announcement.

The securities will be redeemed at a S$250,000 denomination amount, plus distribution accrued.

The securities were issued under Citic Envirotech’s $1.5 billion multi-currency perpetual securities issuance program.

After the redemption, the securities will be cancelled and delisted.

DB International (Singapore) Ltd. is the trustee.

Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch is the principal paying agent, Central Depository (Pte) Ltd. (CDP) registrar and CDP transfer agent.

Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch is the non-CDP paying agent and non-CDP transfer agent.

Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA is non-CDP registrar.

Citic Envirotech is a Singapore-based investment holding company. Its subsidiaries provide environmental consultancy and environmental engineering solutions.
