China’s Changgang Dunxin plans up to HK$200 million 7% two-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 13 – Changgang Dunxin Enterprise Co. Ltd. announced it plans to issue up to HK$200 million of two-year corporate bonds.

The bonds will be issued at par with a coupon of 7%.

The company said the purpose of the issuance is to enrich its operational requirements.

PC Securities Ltd. is the placing agent.

The investment holding company manufactures and sells paperboard products and is based in Zhangzhou, China.
