Century Sunshine winding up petition hearing adjourned to May 2022

Los Angeles, Oct. 19 – Century Sunshine Group Holdings Ltd. issued an update on possible debt restructuring relating to its S$101.75 million 7% notes due 2020 (ISIN: SG7CG8000008).
The hearing for a previously announced winding up petition has been adjourned to May 3, 2022 as ordered by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, according to a notice on Tuesday.
The 7% notes were originally issued under the company’s S$300 million multicurrency medium-term note program.
Century Sunshine is a Hong Kong-based producer of magnesium and ecological fertilizers.
