New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 capped notes linked to two funds
Chicago, Feb. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% capped notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund and Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing ETF gains the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the worst performing ETF capped at par plus 11%. Otherwise, the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
