Charter Communications offers new notes due 2061, add-on to notes due June 2052

Concord, N.H., May 18 – Charter Communications Operating, LLC is offering to sell two tranches of notes, including new notes due 2061 and an add-on to its existing 3.9% notes due June 1, 2052, according to a market source.

The new notes due Dec. 1, 2061 were being talked to yield in the Treasuries plus 220 basis points to 225 bps area.

The tap of the 2052 notes was talked to yield in the Treasuries plus 190 bps to 195 bps area.

Bookrunners for the offering are Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

Charter Communications is a Stamford, Conn.-based telecommunications and mass media company.
