Italy’s CMC di Ravenna to sell €325 million of notes due 2023

New York, Nov. 3 – Cooperative Muratori & Cementisti – CMC di Ravenna plans to sell up to €325 million of senior notes due 2023, according to a company announcement.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the issuer’s existing €300 million of 7˝% senior notes due 2021 on Dec. 3.

The new notes will be sold under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

CMC di Ravenna is a Ravenna, Italy, construction company.
