Moody's corrects Crosstex rating

Moody's Investors Service is correcting its Oct. 21 rating review announcement on Crosstex Energy LP to add the B1-PD probability of default rating.

The rating, along with Crosstex's B1 corporate family rating and B2 senior unsecured notes rating is under review for upgrade following the signing of definitive agreements to combine substantially all of Devon Energy's (Baa1 negative) U.S. midstream assets with Crosstex's assets to form a new midstream business.
