Crescent Real Estate to sell $375 million senior notes
New York, March 28 - Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. said it will sell $375 million of senior notes due 2009 in a Rule 144A offering.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt and to redeem preferred units of one of its subsidiaries.
The Fort Worth, Texas office real estate investment trust did not disclose further details.
