New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $10 million callable step-up notes with 3.28% initial rate

Tacoma, Wash., May 27 – Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $10 million of callable step-up securities due May 31, 2030, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 3.28% in years one through three, 3.53% in years four through six, 3.78% in years seven and eight, 4.03% in years nine and 10, 4.28% in years 11 and 12, 4.53% in year 13 and 5.28% in year 14. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning May 31, 2018, the notes are callable at par on any interest payment date.
