Credit Suisse plans CS notes linked to CS Retiree Consumer Expenditure

Chicago, Dec. 31 – Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% CS notes due July 30, 2020 linked to the CS Retiree Consumer Expenditure 5% Blended Index Excess Return, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 120% to 130% times any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 26 and settle on Jan. 29.

The Cusip number is 22546VTT3.
