New York, July 29 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature between 14 and 17 months after pricing. The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,150 to $1,210 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 10% or less.

If the fund falls by more than 10%, investors will receive par times (a) the quotient of the initial fund level divided by 90% times (b) the sum of the fund return plus 10%.

The notes (Cusip: 22547Q6B7) are expected to price in July.
