Credit Suisse plans two-year return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Aug. 27 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due Sept. 10, 2014 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.02 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 40%. The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the placement agents.
The notes will price on Aug. 31 and settle on Sept. 6.
The Cusip number is 22546TYQ8.
