Credit Suisse plans 0% five-year Bares linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 17 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due July 24, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus about 144% of any fund gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price on July 18 and settle on July 23.

The Cusip number is 22546TWM9.
