New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $3.74 million securities tied to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Madison, Wis., March 30 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $3.74 million of 0% iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund-linked securities due April 2, 2014, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the exchange-traded fund's closing share price on April 1, 2013 is greater than or equal to the initial share price, the notes will be automatically called at par plus the call return.

If the notes are not called and the final share price is at least 70% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the fixed payment percentage and the fund return. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the share price decline.

The call return and the fixed payment percentage are both equal to 10.12%.
