Philadelphia, Feb. 26 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $1.13 million of high/low coupon callable yield notes due Feb. 29, 2012 linked to the SPDR S&P Metals and Mining exchange-traded fund and the Market Vectors Gold Miners ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A knock-in event occurs if either ETF falls to or below 70% of its initial share price during the life of the notes.
