Credit Suisse plans return enhanced notes tied to S&P 500 via JPMorgan

Tacoma, Wash., May 25 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due Dec. 17, 2010 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, subject to a maximum return that is expected to be 16.98% and will be set at pricing. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
The notes are expected to price May 28 and settle June 3.
