New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $5.28 million 11% callable yield notes linked to ETF, index

New York, Feb. 8 - Credit Suisse, Nassau Branch priced $5.28 million of 11% callable yield notes due Feb. 10, 2010 linked to the Market Vectors Gold Miners exchange-traded fund and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
Beginning May 10, 2010, the notes are callable at par on any interest payment date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any underlying component falls to or below its knock-in level - 65% of its initial level - during the life of the notes, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the worst-performing underlying component, up to a maximum payout of par.
