Credit Suisse to price Bares linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Tacoma, Wash., April 2 - Credit Suisse, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due May 5, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any increase in the fund's share price, subject to a maximum return that is expected to be 52% to 55% and will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the share price declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the share price declines beyond 15%.

The notes will price April 30 and settle May 5.
