New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $150,000 CS notes linked to the Dow

Olympia, Wash., June 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $150,000 of 0% CS notes due June 5, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, capped at par plus 41%.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline, subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.
