Credit Suisse to price buffered return equity notes on ETF basket

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 4 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% buffered return equity securities due Sept. 28, 2023 linked to an equally-weighted basket of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket gains or finishes flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return.

If the basket declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 30%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 25 and settle on Sept. 28.

The Cusip is 22551L7M6.
