Credit Suisse plans digital return notes tied to Stoxx 50, EAFE fund

Chicago, June 26 – Credit Suisse AG, London branch plans to price 0% digital return equity securities due May 29, 2020 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 33%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par plus the return of the worse performing index with full exposure to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 29 and settle on July 5.

The Cusip number is 22550WXZ5.
