New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $728,000 leveraged buffered notes on iShares EM

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $728,000 of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Oct. 31, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 160% of the ETF return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,317.60 for each $1,000 note.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
