New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $3.7 million leveraged buffered notes tied to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Oct. 18 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3.7 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Oct. 17, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,169.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
