Credit Suisse plans callable yield notes on Stoxx, Energy Select ETF

New York, July 14 – Credit Suisse AG, London branch, plans to price 6.1% callable yield notes due July 26, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Energy Select SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are callable in whole but not in part at par on any quarterly coupon payment date except for the maturity date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either underlier below its knock-in level, 65% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing asset from its initial level.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes are expected to price on July 21 and settle on July 26.

The Cusip number is 22550BCX9.
