New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $3.21 million leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., June 16 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3.21 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due July 10, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,219 per $1,000 principal amount.
If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond the buffer.
