New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $456,000 digital buffered notes on Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 27 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $456,000 0% digital buffered notes due Jan. 29, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of 16.5%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
