Credit Suisse plans 9%-11% autocallables linked to iShares MSCI Brazil

Chicago, Aug. 5 – Credit Suisse AG, London branch plans to price 9% to 11% autocallable yield notes due Aug. 17, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Brazil Capped ETF, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The notes will be called at par if the fund closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date beginning Jan. 27, 2016.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the fund finishes below its initial level and ever closes below its trigger level, 70% of its initial level, on any day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 12 and settle on Aug. 17.

The Cusip number is 22546VJK3.
