New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $7.79 million leveraged notes linked to iShares MSCI EM fund

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Dec. 23 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $7.79 million of 0% leveraged notes due Dec. 31, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any fund gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,347 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will share in any losses.
