Buffalo, N.Y., May 24 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $10.58 million 0% digital buffered notes due Aug. 21, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 82.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 23.85%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2121% for each 1% decline beyond the 17.5% buffer.
