New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2.77 million contingent coupon autocallable yield notes on index, ETFs

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 31 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.29 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Dec. 29, 2026 linked to the lowest performing of the SPDR Euro Stoxx 50 ETF, the Dow Jones industrial average and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a quarterly coupon at an annualized rate of 11% if each underlier closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on a quarterly observation date.

The notes will be called automatically at par plus the coupon if each underlier closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon if each underlier finishes at or above its coupon barrier.

If the worst performer finishes below its coupon barrier but at or above its 65% knock-in level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
