New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $9.88 million digital buffered notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, March 19 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $9.88 million of 0% digital buffered notes due July 22, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the 87.5% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of 9.32%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond the 12.5% buffer.
