New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $4.5 million digital buffered notes on S&P 500

New York, Dec. 21 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $4.5 million of 0% digital buffered notes due June 14, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the 85% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of par plus 7.25%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
