New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $9.05 million digital buffered notes on S&P 500

Los Angeles, Dec. 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $9.05 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Feb. 3, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,085 per $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
