New Issue: Credit Europe Bank sells $250 million 8½% notes due 2019 at par

Atlanta, Nov. 9 - Netherlands-based Credit Europe Bank NV - a lender that serves emerging Europe, China and the United Arab Emirates - priced a $250 million issue of notes due Nov. 15, 2019 (Ba3/BB-/) at par to yield 8½%, a market source said.

Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley were the bookrunners for the Regulation S-only lower Tier 2 notes.
