Credit Bank of Moscow buys $69.67 million of 7½%, 8 7/8% notes in tender, open market

Chicago, Oct. 12 – Credit Bank of Moscow purchased by tender and in the open market $39,669,000 of its $600 million 7½% loan participation notes due 2027 and $30 million of its $700 million 8 7/8% perpetual callable loan participation notes.

The notes were issued by CBOM Finance plc for the purpose of financing the subordinated loan to the bank, according to a notice by the issuer.

After the cancellation of the bonds, the outstanding amounts will be $557 million of the 2027 notes and $670 million of the perpetuals, which will remain listed on Euronext Dublin.

CBOM is based in Dublin and operates as a subsidiary of Credit Bank of Moscow.
