Russia’s CBOM to cancel $400 million, €100 million loan participation notes

Columbus, Ohio, March 19 – Credit Bank of Moscow intends to deliver to CBOM Finance plc $400 million and €100 million of the outstanding loan participation notes issued by CBOM that the bank has purchased from time to time in the open market over the last several years, according to a notice.

The following notes will be surrendered for cancellation on March 20:

• $125 million of the $500 million of 5 7/8% loan participation notes due 2021 (Cusips: 151053467 and 12504PAC4);

• $125 million of the $500 million of 5.55% loan participation notes due 2023 (Cusips: 175980172 and 12504PAF7);

• $150 million of the $500 million of 7.121% loan participation notes due 2024 (Cusips: 196455833 and 112504PAG5); and

• €100 million of the €500 million of 5.15% loan participation notes due 2024 (Cusips: 195106703 and 195106754).

Following the repurchases, Credit Bank of Moscow will continue to hold $16,762,000 of the 5 7/8%, $16,105,000 of the 5.55%, $890,000 of the 7.121% and €100 million of the 5.15% notes in its own account for possible sale or cancellation in the future.

Credit Bank of Moscow, a lender, guarantees the notes.
