Cousins Properties files $200 million shelf

Washington, Nov. 19 - Cousins Properties Inc. filed a $200 million shelf for common stock, warrants, debt securities and preferred stock in an S-3 registration with the Securities and Exchange Thursday evening.
The potential for convertibles is included within the registration.
The Atlanta-based real estate investment trust said it plans to use proceeds from offerings authorized by the shelf for general corporate purposes.
