New York, Nov. 3 - Cornerstone Industries International Inc. said it completed a private placement for $1.37 million.
The company issued 1,096,000 shares at $1.25 each.
The proceeds from the offering will be used for the working capital requirements of Cornerstone's subsidiary Cornerstone Granite and Marble Wholesale Inc.
Cornerstone is a Vancouver, B.C.-based holding company for CGMW, which imports raw granite and marble slabs.
