Cornell investor Wynnefield Partners sells stock, drops stake to 13.4%

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 18 - A group of Cornell Cos. Inc. shareholders led by Wynnefield Partners Small Cap Value, LP sold 520,000 shares of the company's stock on Nov. 13 for $22 per share, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wynnefield beneficially owns 1,998,119 shares, or 13.4%, of the Houston-based rehabilitation and treatment services company.
