New York, Oct. 3 - Copper Fox Metals Inc. said it has wrapped a scaled-down private placement for C$944,160.
The company sold 3,372,000 units at C$0.28 each in the non-brokered offering. The units were sold to a related party.
The units are comprised of one share and one half-share warrant. The whole warrants are exercisable at C$0.75 each for one year.
The offering was first announced Sept. 12 as a C$1 million deal of 3,572,000 units under the same terms.
The proceeds will be used to complete the company's bulk sampling program at Schaft Creek. The rest will be used for general corporate purposes.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Copper Fox is a mineral exploration and development company.
