Fitch changes Mabe to positive

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Controladora Mabe, SA de CV's ratings at BB+ and revised the outlook to positive from stable.

Fitch said the outlook revision reflects its expectations of further strengthening of Mabe's credit profile given recent debt repayment and stronger cash flow generation. It also reflects the potential for Mabe to increase business opportunities under a new shareholder structure.
