New Issue: Contra Costa Water District, Calif., sells $106.53 million notes, bonds

New York, June 22 - The Contra Costa Water District of California sold $106.525 million of series 2011 water revenue notes and water revenue refunding bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The offering included $59.82 million of series 2011B water revenue notes and $46.705 million of series 2011P revenue refunding bonds.

The bonds (AA+/AA) were sold through Wedbush Securities Inc. and Stone & Youngberg.

The 2011B notes are due 2014 to 2016 with 2% to 5% coupons. The 2011P bonds are due 2012 to 2025 with 2% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to fund a portion of the costs of the district's Middle River Intake Project, Los Vaqueros Reservoir Expansion Project, the Shortcut Pipeline Project and other improvement projects, as well as refund existing debt.
