New Issue: ContourGlobal prices €50 million tap of 5 1/8% secured notes due 2021 at 102.75

Portland, Ore., July 25 – Luxembourg-based ContourGlobal Power Holdings SA priced a €50 million add-on to its 5 1/8% senior secured notes due June 15, 2021 at 102.75 on Friday, according to a market source.

The reoffer price came on top of price talk that had tightened from earlier talk in the 102.25 area.

Goldman Sachs International ran the books.

The company, a developer and operator of wholesale electric power generation businesses, plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
