Peru’s Consorcio Transmantaro plans to offer notes for tender offer

Chicago, March 28 – Consorcio Transmantaro SA, in connection with a tender offer and consent solicitation, is planning to offer new senior notes, according to a notice.

The company is currently offering to buy all $450 million of its 4 3/8% senior notes due 2023.

BofA Securities, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are working as dealer managers for the tender offer.

The power transmission company is based in Lima, Peru.
