Conseco files fourth reorganization plan

Chicago, July 16 - Conseco Inc. has filed its fourth amended plan of reorganization with the bankruptcy court. The new amendments reflect minor modifications to the non-debtor release provision and related components of the plan.

Under the court schedule, testimony will conclude no later than July 17, closing arguments will occur on July 18, and final post-trial briefs will be filed by July 25.
